OVERVIEW

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Service”) carefully prior to purchasing from Anthony Aiello Digital (“Company”).

By purchasing from the Company on the Effective Date, you (“Participant”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions by checking the acceptance box at checkout.

If Participant does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, Participant may not access any of the Services provided by Company.

These Terms and Conditions govern all products, programs, courses, memberships, services, digital materials, downloads, educational content, resources, bonuses, trainings, emails, coaching, and other offerings provided by Company, whether now existing or created in the future.

Company reserves the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

It is Participant’s responsibility to review the most current version of these Terms and Conditions.

Company may use third-party platforms and software to sell, process, host, deliver, or manage Company Services.



SECTION 1: SERVICES

Company agrees to provide certain Services to Participant as stated on the checkout page.

All Services are provided virtually unless otherwise specified.

Access to Services may be delivered through online platforms, digital portals, software systems, downloadable materials, email communications, or other delivery methods chosen by Company.

Participant understands that access is granted only to the purchasing individual.

Participant agrees not to share, distribute, reproduce, copy, repost, resell, upload, teach from, or transfer any Company materials, login credentials, downloads, videos, or protected content to any third party.

Company reserves the right to revoke access immediately, without refund, if unauthorized sharing, abuse, theft, redistribution, or misuse of Company content is detected.

Company may update, modify, archive, remove, replace, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time without notice.

Company does not guarantee lifetime availability of any platform, software integration, bonus material, hosting service, or digital access system.



SECTION 2: FEES & PAYMENTS

Participant agrees to pay all fees associated with the purchase at checkout.

Participant is responsible for the full amount agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers selected by Company.

If Participant selects a payment plan, Participant remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access to Services.

Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts or legal action for unpaid balances if necessary.



Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

All purchases made through Company are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Due to the digital nature of the Services and immediate access to proprietary materials, Company does not provide refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstance.

This includes but is not limited to:

- lack of usage
- dissatisfaction
- failure to complete the program
- accidental purchase
- financial hardship
- misunderstanding of the offer
- failure to achieve desired results

Participant acknowledges and agrees to this policy prior to purchase by checking the required acceptance box at checkout.



Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Participant agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Company.

Any chargeback attempt may be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If Participant initiates a chargeback or payment dispute:

- Company reserves the right to revoke access immediately
- Company may submit evidence of acceptance of these Terms
- Company may pursue recovery of fees, costs, damages, and legal expenses

Participant remains responsible for the full purchase amount regardless of payment disputes.



SECTION 3: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Company content remains the sole intellectual property of Anthony Aiello Digital.

This includes but is not limited to:

- videos
- trainings
- lessons
- frameworks
- downloads
- graphics
- branding
- designs
- captions
- scripts
- written materials
- educational methods
- logos
- trademarks
- marketing materials

Participant receives a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal educational use only.

Participant may not reproduce, republish, distribute, resell, repost, modify, exploit, upload, duplicate, or share Company materials without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use may result in revoked access, legal action, financial damages, and copyright enforcement.



SECTION 4: DISCLAIMERS

Participant understands and agrees that Company makes no guarantees regarding:

- results
- success
- business growth
- audience growth
- confidence
- social media performance
- financial outcomes
- income generation
- personal transformation

Results vary based on effort, consistency, implementation, experience, skill level, outside circumstances, and Participant action.

Company provides educational and informational content only.

Participant accepts full responsibility for all actions, decisions, results, and outcomes resulting from use of the Services.

Nothing provided by Company shall be considered legal, financial, medical, tax, therapeutic, or psychological advice.

Participant should consult licensed professionals where appropriate.



Technology Disclaimer

Company is not responsible for outages, software issues, internet interruptions, hosting failures, email delivery issues, third-party platform failures, payment processor interruptions, or technical malfunctions of any kind.



SECTION 5: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Participant agrees that use of the Services is at Participant’s sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for:

- indirect damages
- incidental damages
- consequential damages
- special damages
- emotional distress
- lost profits
- data loss
- business interruption
- reputation loss

arising from use of the Services.

Company’s maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount actually paid by Participant to Company for the applicable Services.



SECTION 6: TERMINATION

Company reserves the right to terminate or revoke Participant access immediately, without refund, for any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

This includes but is not limited to:

- account sharing
- abusive conduct
- harassment
- copyright infringement
- payment disputes
- unauthorized distribution
- fraudulent activity



SECTION 7: GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed under the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be handled exclusively within courts located in Nevada.



SECTION 8: INDEMNIFICATION

Participant agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

- Participant’s misuse of the Services
- Participant’s breach of these Terms
- Participant’s unlawful conduct
- Participant’s violation of intellectual property rights
